Prior to joining the team at Hoagland Commercial, Chapman worked in Asset Management at Ventas, Inc. (NYSE: VTR), overseeing a senior housing portfolio of over 100 properties and gaining experience in restructurings, operator transitions, redevelopments, and strategic dispositions.
Prior to Ventas, he served as a Power and Utilities Associate at Regions Securities and a Portfolio Manager within Regions Bank’s Special Asset Group.
