Business Experience Tyler Smith burst onto the Louisville real estate scene becoming a part of Hoagland Commercial Realtors in 2008. He has gained experience in office, retail, and industrial sales and leasing representing both the landlord and tenant. At an early age Tyler has become one of the youngest associates in the Louisville Commercial Real Estate Market. Already, Tyler has shown his impressive ability in representing some of Louisville's prominent business men and women. During his time spent at the University of Louisville Business School, Tyler worked as an intern at Hoagland Commercial Realtors learning the ropes of the Commercial Real Estate Industry. Also prior to joining Hoagland Commercial Realtors, Tyler gained valuable sales experience working for SurePoint Lending as a Loan Advisor. Tyler also serves as the Leasing Specialist for Sun Properties. Tyler coordinates all showings and lease negotiations with existing and potential tenants of Sun Properties owned and managed properties, which includes office and retail space totaling over 300,000 sq. ft. in the Louisville Metro area.
