Business Experience

Brooks is the newest member to join the Hoagland Commercial Realtors team after recently graduating from the University of Louisville.   As a life-long resident of Louisville, Brooks is familiar with the local logistics and business climate of the surrounding metro Louisville area.  While attending college, Brooks also worked with commercial and residential construction companies as well as an advertising and marketing firm. 

Brooks is well prepared to utilize his sales background to develop a cutting edge marketing campaign for the sale or lease of your property.  Should your needs be to purchase or lease a property, Brooks will call upon his local knowledge of the Louisville area to position your business where it will obtain the most exposure.  He is also available to discuss all aspects of investment properties and satisfy all your commercial real estate needs.
