He has successfully closed many high profile and high value transactions. His experience includes, but is not limited to, landlord and tenant representation, investment sales and purchased, site acquisition and development, portfolio sales, and corporate sale and lease-backs. Tim is licensed in both Kentucky and Indiana.

  • Represented Neuroscience Institute of Kentucky neurosurgeons on the $2,200,000 acquisition of 435 E. Broadway, Louisville, for conversion into clinical offices
  • Represented AAA Kentucky on the sale of its branch office at 4901 Brownsboro Road, Louisville
  • Advised Montessori School of Louisville on its new 15,000 SF educational facility at Springhurst Professional Plaza, Louisville
  • Represented Dermatology Associates on the acquisition of a new facility for its practice in Louisville ($1,950,000)
  • Advised Container and Packaging Supply, Inc. on the relocation of its fulfillment center from Virginia to Louisville
  • Represented Hussmann Corporation on the relocation of its offices in Louisville
  • Represented Ingersoll-Rand on the sale of a 244-acre/145,000 SF manufacturing facility in Mayfield, KY ($3,300,000)
  • Advised American Electric Power of the disposal of a 2,000 megawatt coal-fired power station ($250,000,000)

  • Advised a major automotive components manufacturer on the sale and lease-back of various manufacturing facilities across Europe
